Questions and Answers

 

Q: What’s included in the rental package?

A: You receive unlimited, free photos throughout the event, a customized center graphics, props, scrapbook pages and supplies, a digital recording of all the images, set-up and delivery and a full-time event specialist. Also did we mention guaranteed laughter!

Q: How many photos can we take?

A: Your guests will enjoy unlimited photos for the duration of the event. The photo booths are located with a roll of 1,000 photo strips and we always carry back up paper just in case.

Q: How big is the booth?

A: The booth is 4’10” wide x 2’-6” deep, 6’-0” high, weighs: 800 pounds, and uses standard 115 volt, single phase - 15 amps. We do ask to be on a different circuit than the DJ to avoid power surges

* NOTE: Cannot go up any stairs, but will fit in most modern elevators

Q: How many people can fit in a photo booth?

A: We’ve seen up to 6 people fit! Usually up to 4 people fit into the photo booth at one time. It’s crazy, but our heavy-duty booths can handle it.

Q: If it’s “free” how do you take a photo without putting money in the machine?

A: We replace the “bill acceptor” with a button that you push to activate the photo booth.

Q: What unique ideas have you seen?

A: Props that you add to our prop box that are meaningful to the event or wedding couple, signs for guests to take in the booth are a way to personalize the fun. Scrapbooks are a big hit with guests writing fun notes to the bride and groom. We provide black blank scrapbook pages and supplies as a courtesy. Photo booths are also being used for unique “ice breakers” at company functions/meetings.

Q: Are there negatives produced?

A: No, but the photo booth will record all the photos during the event and we will provide you will a digital copy.

Q: When do you set up and is that part of the hourly fee?

A: We usually set up the photo booth an hour prior to the event to ensure perfect performance. When it comes to rental fees, only the hours of the actual event apply, although there may be additional travel fees for some locations or to set-up our tent for a pre-approved outside location.

Q: Can we decorate the photo booth?

A: Yes, we have several beautiful wraps that provide décor options; we will match our curtains with your color scheme. And we will make sure your pre-approved decorations don’t interfere with quality of the photos. Match the booth to the location or keep it vintage. Or better yet let us design you a custom wrap.
